Is this pregnant - help?

Ladies,

Can anyone tell me if this is a positive test?

The information on the back of the test said 'The presence of two red lines in both the test window and control window means you are probably pregnant. One line may be lighter than the other, they do not have to match'

I am totally unsure as there is no picture on the back to tell me if this is positive or negative?

Thank you for your help GrinHalo

I think that is negative. If positive there would be 2 vertical lines. HTH

Waitingonasmiley42 · 26/02/2019 15:47

That's negative I think. I can certainly only see one line anyway.

sunshinedaisy248 · 26/02/2019 15:51

@Wurlysurly @Waitingonasmiley42 thank you guys, I thought as much. Gotten into the mindset of preparing for a negative so I don't get my hopes up. Although every time that second line doesn't appear, I feel my heart sink a little.

It'll happen when it's meant to happen! Smile

It's always disappointing. Fingers crossed it'll happen for you soon.

sunshinedaisy248 · 26/02/2019 19:01

@Waitingonasmiley42 thank you. I know it's not the right time and ideally we would be waiting until August, still always disappointing when you get a negative Sad

I just had this! Thought I could see a line and then DH pointed out it needed to be vertical :(

Bigonesmallone3 · 26/02/2019 21:45

Never seen one like that before!

LineEyesForever · 26/02/2019 22:54

It’s flooded. Nearly all of mine do this and I don’t know why! So frustrating for you, I’m sorry!

physicskate · 27/02/2019 07:16

Tests are likely to flood when you wee directly on them. Dip the test into a cup you've weed into.

sunshinedaisy248 · 27/02/2019 08:20

@Sleepyquest @Bigonesmallone3 @LineEyesForever @physicskate thanks guys. I did pee into a cup and then dipped it in for the recommended time so not sure why it's flooded. I think I'm gonna wait a couple of weeks and test again (god knows how I'm gonna wait!!).

Why don’t you try a FRER? My cheapies always flood but I’ve never had a frer flood

TulipsTwoLips · 27/02/2019 12:33

What does flooded mean here?

Bigonesmallone3 · 27/02/2019 12:41

Basically when u have either peed of the control area or somehow it's got wet/taken on too much liquid and messes with the result

TulipsTwoLips · 27/02/2019 14:33

Ah, I see! Thanks

sunshinedaisy248 · 27/02/2019 16:08

@Sleepyquest did you do another one? Did it come out negative/positive?

Sleepyquest · 27/02/2019 16:55

@sunshinedaisy248 gonna do one tomorrow but not feeling very confident! How about you?

sunshinedaisy248 · 27/02/2019 16:59

@Sleepyquest you'll have to let me know! No I'm gonna wait a week or so Smile
