Can I join. Im cd22 ttc first baby.

Congrats to the bfp. Happy healthy 9 mos. Hope I'm next

Had weird pubic bone pain or low abdominal pain. Sharp throbbing. Didn't last long but hope it's a good sign.

Helensss · 07/06/2019 06:20

@JadeSB ah congratulations! Yeah I mc week after bfp too, I understand completely the worry but gotta stay positive. ❤️

JadeSB · 07/06/2019 06:22

@Helensss thank you! Wishing you all the best 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Doris19 · 07/06/2019 08:34

Hi everyone, I know it's been a while since I posted, I decided to focus on sorting out my thyroid stuff after the fertility tests came back with that as the issue.

I checked in yesterday and saw the amazing news from @JadeSB and @Kinsella82 !!!! Congrats guys!!!!

But still felt a bit rubbish as that made me the last of our original group. So thought I would test this morning not expecting anything as it's only been 6 weeks since diagnosis.....and BFP!!!!!!

I am so in shock....Straight off to the GP today to get my bloods and meds redone as it's high risk, but still. Omg!!!

Kinsella82 · 07/06/2019 09:01

Oh @Doris19! Huge congratulations!! That's amazing!!

Lauraliverpool · 07/06/2019 09:24

@Doris19 that is amazing! Many congratulations! 😘 Xx

JadeSB · 07/06/2019 22:57

@Doris19 oh wow! Congratulations 🥳🥳 and thank you to @agteacht as you were the one that informed me about the soy isoflavones which I took at the start of my last cycle, so I reckon it's those that done the trick! ⭐️

agteacht · 08/06/2019 01:19

Oh brilliant @Doris19 that's such fantastic news! And jade so glad the soy worked, they definitely helped me too

Doris19 · 08/06/2019 07:21

I second the soy, I took them one cycle after agteacht's success and they brought my ovulation day forward 4 days (I have long cycles). Not compatible with my thyroid meds sadly otherwise I would have continued!!!

agteacht · 08/06/2019 09:32

Magic.

We told our families our Jews yesterday, 14+1. To say they were all surprised is an understatement. They clearly had decided we would never have kids, after 12 years together and 5 married!! They're all way more excited than we have been!! Definitely happening now...

Our Jews? Whoops! NEWS!

HeartvsHead · 08/06/2019 18:41

@Doris19 congratulations! So happy for you and relieved that the thyroid is now sorted and didn't take to long to sort!

@agteacht ha! There does seem to be a bit of an expectation that as soon as your married you pop out babies! I work in a Catholic school and some staff were very surprised I waited a whole 3 years till having a baby!

Doris19 · 10/06/2019 21:09

Thanks everyone for the kind messages, hoping this bean sticks! 🤞

@agteacht wow how did you hold out telling your family that long?! I keep stressing that people will guess either family/at work!! Argh!

agteacht · 10/06/2019 21:19

Keeping my fingers crossed for you @Doris19 there's no reason it won't! How are you feeling so far?

We live in London and my family in Ireland so hadn't seen them so that helped!!! Told my sister after 6 weeks but no one else until now! Haven't told work yet either, planning to wait another two weeks or so as only see my boss once a fortnight and didn't want to tell him before my family!

It's nice that it's (almost) out in the open now though 👍

How did your scan go @Scottish1? Did you find out the sex?

I'm so nervous about tomorrows scan!

Scottish1 · 14/06/2019 23:20

Congratulations @Kinsella82 @Doris19 and @JadeSB🎉🎉🎉🎉 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Yes, @HeartvsHead I’m having a girl! 💕 What scan are you having tomorrow? X

Scottish1 · 14/06/2019 23:21

All is well and feeling lots of little kicks now 🥰

HeartvsHead · 15/06/2019 00:03

@Scottish1 it was my 20 weeks scan. We must have pretty close due dates.

Got to go back for another scan as the baby spent the first part of the scan in an awkward position and then when finally got him/her to move he/she wouldn't keep still long enough for the last couple of measurements. It's just the blood flow through the heart they need to record. Could see it was going through ok but couldn't do the readings. Still, extra scan means extra peak at bubba so all good!

As you probably guessed from my he/she's we decided not to find out. Didn't with first either so another surprise!

Scottish1 · 15/06/2019 07:35

Glad all is well @HeartvsHead 🎉

Kinsella82 · 15/06/2019 08:57

Glad all is well girls! I'm only 5+6 now so the 20 week scan seems sooo far away.
I'm thinking of getting a private one done at around 10 weeks as on my other pregnancies. O

JadeSB · 15/06/2019 19:21

@Scottish1 thank you!

Hi everyone, just to update that having felt nervous about my symptoms I was referred for an early scan today and sadly things have not progressed well for me, I have a "pregnancy of unknown location".

I'll catch up on all your news once I'm back on form. Xx

HeartvsHead · 19/06/2019 18:36

Oh @Doris19 I'm so sorry to hear that. Life is so cruel. Look after yourself xx Flowers

JadeSB · 19/06/2019 19:17

@Doris19 so sorry to hear! Hope you are okay(stupid thing to say I know) but we're all here for you! ❤️

I've booked early scan for Saturday due to spotting and bad cramps and I'm dreading it!
