Sainsburys pregnancy tests

Hi everyone. We are ttc with 2nd child and I have had a few symptoms such as strong nausea, loss of appetite, extreme tiredness and dizziness . However today I am 12dpo and I just got a negative using a sainsburys test and also got a negative 2 days ago with a 1st response. Period is due in 3 days. Do These negatives mean this isn't our month or could. It just be too early to tell? Tia

Fingers crossed. I think I'm just worrying too much and too much pressure. We fell straight away with out 1st but I know we were so lucky so can't expect the same again.
