Does anyone know why CB ADOPK asks for FMU but the single sticks want afternoon urine samples?

Also, can one get an accurate test on the former if not using FMU, does anyone have experience please?

I started using the CB bluetooth digital opks this month and am sure I have missed my LH surge using FMU as I usually ovulate cd14/15, and always pick it up in the afternoon using IC opks. I have had 8 days of high fertility and am on CD 15. I tried a IC last night and am sure it come up positive, but today on CB still high no peak! So confusing!
Not sure why they ask for FMU when the hormone is strongest at 2pm

I think the CB OPK has to have a month of evaluating before it goes live the second month. I read that in the packet. So your first month of testing shows high for an extended period, and the following month is when you would actually get valid results.

I spilt my FMU this morning!! 🤦‍♀️

Oh no! what a waste of fmu 😂

I tested again this afternoon and got my peak! So if I had carried on just doing FMU I would have missed my surge! So if I use them again next month I will be testing at 2pm instead of am!

I'm wandering if I had tested last night, it would have peaked too but then I suppose it would have been peak this morning rather than a high.

So confusing these opks are

I think you use FMU until you get the flashing smiley and then you can test more than once a day. I tend to get my static in the afternoon too so would be concerned I would miss it if only tested in the morning. Once or twice I've got it in the morning.
