Faint blue line on clear blue test but bleeding

My period is usually very very heavy but this month it has been extremely light with blood only appearing when I wipe. I did a clear blue test today and there was a very very faint blue line. Ordinarily I would never think I was pregnant but the period is sooo different from normal. Picture in test can anyone see a line?

Brown blood or red blood? Both implantation bleeding and spotting can happen in pregnancy.

It's red blood. I have 3 boys and have only been trying this month. I had spotting with my 3rd but never like this. Could it last 4 days and be bright red ur am I holding onto hope?
