Sore breasts

So I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back negative. But today my breasts have started hurting could I actually be pregnant?

@hopeful31 I'm not too sure because I've been on the implant and only had it out for a week and I didn't have periods in the implant x

If you only got the implant out a week ago i can't imagine u being pregnant yet. Some people get sore breasts coming up t o af. I'd say that ur body is trying to regulate its self for af and ovulation. Give it time
