5 days late. Ovary pain. Negative test

Hi all, as above really.

My period is 5 days late, mild cramping last week and a few days ago but no period. For the past 24 hours I’ve had pain in my abdomen and right ovary, like a mild stabbing pain, I have mild discomfort when I push on my abdomen also. I’m super gassy and have been for a week. Tests are still coming up negative so not sure what to think. Any insight please?

Oh and if relevant I have very sensitive/sore armpits.

If you’re having ovary pains, could you be ovulating a bit later than expected?

Im certain I ovulated early as had my usual ovulation symptoms / pains a few weeks ago..
