cramps and 3 days LATE! AM I PREGNANT?

I usually see my period around this time but according to calculations I am 3 days late and not sure if im overreacting. I had a preg test 4 days ago because I woke up at 4am with bad cramps - came out negative (with a faint positive but was not sure)

Been trying for a baby since september. Could I be pregnant? is it stress?
