I am in my tww after trying sperm meets egg plan for the first time this cycle.

Just wondering if anyone has any experiences, good or bad from using it? Thank you 🙂

Me too!! Never tried it til now so in the same boat as you. How many dpo are you so far? Think i am 5 or 6 now :)

@louise392 I got my positive opk on Wednesday so 2dpo, this is my third cycle ttc . What cycle are you on?
I only recently learned about smep but im hopeful! And interested to see how other people have got on too🙂

Never worked for me, was too exhausted. The month I conceived we actually only dtd twice. Good luck ladies, hoping you get your BFP's 💕

@lammoshay I found it easier to follow than previous cycles of just trying most days because its only every other day... except for the 3 days in a row at the end, they were a bit harder Lol. Hopefully its successful this cycle for you too and you find it good go try. Is this your first?

@mrsc87 Im sorry Smep didnt work well for you, I defo found the end tiring too.

I found it fairly easy as it's like a set routine dtd every other day, we just dtd every other day during the fertile week too as DH couldn't handle it lol
