Question about test strips

Hey everyone, I have a question about pregnancy test strips.

I've had 2 negative strips this morning but I'm convinced I can see the very very fainest positive lines on both. (Doesn't show in photos)

But this made me think, can you see the blank positive line there if you look closely enough anyway? I hope that makes sense?

Some tests you can see some kind of line where the dye would go if it was positive. If they are cheap strips and you have a spare, you could dip one in water and compare. Not the most scientific but might give an idea if there is always some kind of line.

I could see the tiniest shadow on a strip so got myself a FRER and got a very clear line that afternoon. After looking at stark white ones for so long the merest hint of a line caught my eye!

That's great thank you @Newyearsameoldshit. I think I'll give it another couple of days then do a proper test!
