Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

I've had my implant out for three days as me and my partner have decided we want to try for a baby! We currently have had unprotected sex three times in the three days I've had it out is there a chance I could be pregnant or does it take a while to be fertile again? X

I'm pretty sure you can get pregnant as soon as it's removed. Everyone's different though so don't panic if you're not. A pregnancy test probably won't even pick it up this early!

My doctor said it will take 6 months for it to leave my system but my periods came back pretty quick (I think the next month). But fingers crossed for you!

You need to ovulate to get pregnant and it's pretty unlikely for that to happen so soon after implant removal. Once your periods come back, if they're regular then it's a pretty good indication that you're ovulating.

A pregnancy test will show at earliest 9/10 days after you ovulate if you are pregnant so no way of knowing just yet!

Good luck! xx

I had my implant out in the February, had awful withdrawal symptoms felt nauseous on and off for a couple of weeks. Had a period in March and then April. I was pregnant with my little boy by the May.
