Anybody had bad morning sickness with one pregnancy and was okay the next pregnancy?

Currently just over 4 weeks pregnant. With my last pregnancy from weeks 6-14 I had terrible morning sickness, had to be signed off work for two months because I literally couldn’t even stand up without being sick. Is there a chance I won’t get it that bad this pregnancy? I don’t think I could go through that again especially now I have a toddler to look after. Has anybody experienced terrible morning sickness with one pregnancy and been relatively fine the next?

I’ve had 6 pregnancies and 2 births. The only pregnancy I had morning sickness with was one which ended at 12 weeks with a mmc.

I have had different symptoms with each one so I don’t think the differences are anything to worry about.

Yes, first one was awful, "morning sickness" all day long. Second one, none.

Horrendous sickness for 26 weeks with first (girl).
Absolutely nothing with second (boy). And I mean nothing. Not a single symptom of pregnancy other than a growing bump. It was bizarre!

No morning sickness with my first 3 dc. Horrendous ms with my last 2 dc (different father) from 6-16 weeks. I blamed it on him. Like I was allergic or something.

Similar to stinky, I had one pregnancy with such appalling sickness that I couldn’t move my head without vomiting. All day. For weeks. That pregnancy ended at 9 weeks.

Both my latter pregnancies, which did go full term, had minimal sickness.

I think they’re all different op. Good luck Flowers

DD1 (12) hardly any nausea, ate everything in sight, out on 3 stone.
DD2 (4) hg throughout, only ate lettuce and haribos, lost 2 stone.
Both beautiful and healthy babies Smile
Also same dad, despite big gap Wink

Thanks so much for your replies. I just don’t think I would be able to manage that again. Praying for a healthy pregnancy x
