Can you see a positive line?

Hi,

Was due on my period yesterday but it hasn’t come. I’ve had really bad cramps the past week so did a test today and sure I can see a faint positive bit starting to think I’m going crazy. What do you think?

Thank you! I’m really scared because I have a 17 month old and when I was pregnant with him I suffered with terrible morning sickness so fingers crossed it’s not as bad this time x
