Light period and other anomalies

I have been ttc for several months now and been tracking bbt. This month has just been confusing me so much it is so disheartening.

I was really ill last week with a high temp so was pointless temping last week and I didn't bother. Af came Friday as expected but it has been so light, hardly a pad a day (although quite red). It finished yesterday, never getting any heavier which is so unlike me as I normally get three days quite heavy and a few lighter.
I took my temp for the first time today in a week and it is still pre af high (at least a degree higher than usual af temp) but I am not unwell now so not a temperature.
I know you shouldn't get worked up by these things and I should just relax but I just can't I am afraid.

Sorry I don't really expect anyone to have any magical insight into this, just wanted to vent about the unusualness to those who might understand Blush

Have you done a pregnancy test? The light 'period' could have been implantation bleeding.

No because I just feel like I am being silly and it is just wishful thinking 🙁

So I decided to test just to set my mind at ease and of course BFN. Then after 24 of not bleeding full on heavy AF!! Our minds and bodies can be really annoying at times!

Oh, bad luck @daisypod. Sorry to hear that.

Thanks @hcopp time to pick myself up again and think about the next cycle.
