What do you think of mine?! I'm 12dpo as of this morning and my temp was the highest it's been all cycle, and I'm 2/3 days from AF. But I did a FRER yesterday morning and it was BFN so I don't know what to think?

It's looking good so far but my temp usually drops on the day af arrives. Have you been temping long? Could you compare previous charts if so? I find that very useful to spot patterns.

@Daisypod this is only my 2nd month telling so I only have last month to compare to, and by this time last month the temp was around 37.2, and it dropped a bit. Today I expected it to drop a bit but instead it went up! Trying to stay hopefully but this is cycle 14 :/

Ooh weird I'm exactly the same! 12DPO today and my temp this morning is the highest its ever been. Its only my first month temping though so I have no idea what that means and have nothing to compare it to!

I've also had some real stabby pains today but had a BFN this morning so I'm guessing maybe AF en route

Hey, here is my chart! This was my first month to chart my BBT but I had a BFP on 14DPO. From my experience an increase in temp is a good sign, keep an eye out to see whether it stays up in the next couple of days! X

How are you getting on @CZFR? I had a spike in temp yesterday but it's gone back down again today so dunno what that means! From what I understand yours looks like what I would assume an implantation dip would look like? A few days after ovulation. Are you testing again or waiting for AF?

Where do you get the charts from?

@MrsRLM thank you 😊 tbh I dont think I had any implantation dip and my understanding is that it is not a very common thing anyway! Yours look good so far I think if it keeps staying relatively flat and more importantly above the cover line you could be in for good things! 🤞🤞

@Explorers10 I am using the Natural Cycle App. But if you google BBT templates there are loads out there. I also used the ovia app, that let's you track temp, symptoms , CM etc and is free xx

@Explorers10 I use Femometer app with the thermometer to go with it. Although you can manually log temps if you already have a thermometer.

@CZFR fingers crossed! I'm going to try and hold out until Sunday to test and hope that AF doesn't arrive in the mean time.

@MrsRLM this cycle has been very strange, after lots of cramping for the past 3 days AF finally showed up last night! Time to prepare for another cycle...

What BBT thermometer do you use? I think I need to invest in a proper one
