I'm TTC 1st timer as well and out for any advice and tips. (Had MC two years ago but wasn't ttc at time but was devasted.)
All I'm doing at moment is using clue app to track cycles (been using it a couple of years). And noting down on app EWCM to help note fertile/ov time.
I mat start using opk and temping if we get a few cycles in and nothing happening.
