Ladies with PCOS - how do you track?

I'm using glow to track cycles but I'm wondering how anyone else with pcos tracks?
Does af usually show up when you'd expect based on previous cycles?

I've had pretty regular 28-30 day cycles for a while now, but I'm currently CD34. Glow suggests af due tomorrow but no signs.

Generally wouldn't be too bothered but no sign of it and TTC so I'm driving myself crazy!

I just used ovulation tests from Poundland.

I use Natural Cycles and I have PCOS. I’ve been using for nearly two years, as first as contraceptive. It detects my ovulation well as I have a increased bbt after, but since moves around month to month it’s not very good at predicting. I have found that it detects my period really accurately as I have a consistent 14 day literal phase. I swapped to planning mode last month thinking it would take months of trying to fall, DTD’ed the day before ovulation (based on temperature dip) and got a BFP on the day my period was due. It ended up just being a chemical but has proven to me that Natural Cycles is accurate with its prediction for me at least.
Good Luck!

@E20mom I didn't know Poundland did opks- that could save me some cash!

@Wanderer1 sorry about your chemical. It's good to know planning can work so well though.

I'm on metformin and it's so cruel that the side affects of it are also all the symptoms of pregnancy and pms! I'm now 2 days late, all the symptoms I had when I was pg with dd and BFNs

I found it extremely unpredictable and just had to have sex when my period decided to not show up

Tempting and using fertility friend tracker. It's a pain in the arse but quite accurate.

Yep 5 for a pound. Smile
