I'm rubbish at identifying which type of cramp I'm suffering from. Anyone else? I've only recently come off the pill and getting used to 'being a woman' as it were again and I also suffer with IBS on and off so now I don't know which type of pain it is 😂😂😂

Hi @TeaBea2019 I'm in exactly the same boat as you!! Desperately trying to find someone else in the same situation!!

I can normally tell my ovulation pain cause that is quite an intense pain in my side, but all other "pms" type pains I have no clue if it's IBS or my period arriving!!

I'm TTC on Cycle #2 and just totally confused with what I'm feeling, so I've decided to discount everything minor and just wait to see what happens!

Same situation as you both.

My ibs pains tend to be on left side up near my waist, with a lot of gurgling for ages.

I get ovulation pain usually aware of it more on my left ovary area but I think it's because I had surgery there last year.
I'm more aware of the cervical mucous which confirms its ovulation pain.

Good luck girls, I'm about to go into cycle 3

@Michellebops thank you, you too!! I've never really had much cervical mucous so can never tell with that!
