Hi, I'm new but I just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem. We've been trying to conceive for over a year and, in the last 6 months or so, I've been experiencing period pains and mood swings exactly 10 days before my period is due. These feel just as intense as just before and during my period and they really get me down. It feels like I have 2 weeks every month having my period!
If I Google it, everyone says it's implantation but (sadly) I know that's not it as I get it every month. My OH thinks I might be miscarrying but I don't think it's that either!
What could be happening exactly 10 days before my period that could be causing it?? Is it a bad sign?
I have tracked my ovulation before and it seems fairly regular (usually bang on when my app says it'll be) so it's not ovulation.
I've just had my blood tests so waiting on my Day 20 progesterone results though.
