Could I be pregnant???

Help!! Wondering if anyone else has experienced a late period but no + pregnancy test. TTC second baby. 1st DS was conceived on first try, pregnancy test positive just before period was due.

We decided to TTC and started 5 weeks ago, roughly when I should have been ovulating. I have never really tracked my period but am currently day 34 of my previous period. I have breadt tenderness, mucus discharge and have had some mild morning nausea (but not sure if it’s in my head). I took this as a sign that I must be pregnant but still tests are reading negative. Have tried lots of brands, all negative. I feel like I am pregnant. Has this ever happened to anyone??

I'm going through this now. I know when I ovulated and I'm a day late with loads of pregnancy symptoms but negative tests (although I've only got a clear blue digital and some Internet cheapies). It's so upsetting. I'm TTC number one after a MMC in December and hoped this was it but now I'm just waiting for my period to come as I think the "not pregnant" on the digital this morning is probably pretty definitive.

If you're getting a neg on the pink dye early response tests I'd say you're not, the digitals and blue dye can be less sensitive. Symptoms come from pregnancy chemicals though so if you felt symptoms at this point you should get a pos test.

Me too! I feel like this isn't the cycle though. If the symptoms we have were caused by pregnancy then surely a pregnancy test would show a positive?

What test brands are you using? And we're you on hormonal contraceptives? It took me a while to get my period back after having the mirena coil removed.

I was 10 days late before I got my bfp and I'm now 15+3. I was sure I knew the exact day I ovulated and we didn't dtd until 3 days after so I have no clue how it happened.

@ Kinsters all different sorts of tests from supermarket own to clear blue. Haven’t really paid much attention as thought it would just show up by now if positive. Not taken hormones previously, just barrier contraception.

Ahh thanks for sharing mrsmummy and congratulations! That gives me some hope. Did you have any symptoms at all before you got your BFP?

I just feel so pregnant! Nausea, tiredness, peeing loads. It feels really unfair to feel like this and not be pregnant!

It’s harsh but you aren’t pregnant and you can’t debate the test, I’m so sorry. I wish you better luck next month

@Kinsters I didn't really have many symptoms except a bit of nausea but I kind of just knew. I just felt pregnant. It was about a week after my bfp that the symptoms came on strong.

No bfp or af is such a stress! It's so frustrating and confusing so I do feel for you! Really hope your bfp is on it's way to you xx

Hi, I’m not really sure if I’m writing this in the right place but here it goes.
I had my mirena coil removed on the 11th Jan and started taking the pill on the 12th and finished the first packet on the 2nd Feb. As I haven’t had a period in a few years now due to the IUD I didn’t really know what to expect or how long it would take my body to get back to some sort of cycle but I haven’t bled yet. I’m worried as my fiancé and I didn’t follow the 7 day abstinence period (silly I know) but can you possibly get pregnant THAT soon after having the IUD removed? Or am I being paranoid and it’s just my body trying to adjust? 😕 x
