Endless BFN and no period - what on earth is happening?!

Sorry to post again but I'm feeling so frustrated.

I came off the pill at the end of August. Had a withdrawal bleed and then my periods have been fairly regular ever since (usually come between CD 30 and 34 lasting approximately 7 days).

I finished my last period on cd 9. Had slight pink spotting on cd 12 and 13.

EWCM arrived on CD 17 and I had a positive OPK result on CD 18.

This is where it gets complicated...

CD19 I had a substantial amount of brown water discharge - so much so I thought I'd actually wet myself. It only happened in the morning then nothing for the rest of the day

CD20 a large dark blackish clot when I went to the toilet (sorry for tmi) again in the morning and then again nothing.

Now I'm on CD35 I had a small amount of brown spotting early afternoon but now nothing. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests since CD30 as I've literally had no symptoms of a pregnancy or period and all have been negative.

It's been 5 months since I came off the pill and this is the first time things have been irregular. I really don't mind if I'm not pregnant this cycle I just want to know what on Earth is happening to me!?

Anyone had any similar problems? Please help!

No experience of this. Personally, I’d give it a week, take another test and if it’s still negative but AF hasn’t turned up, I’d book an appointment with your GP to discuss

Now on CD 38 and still nothing but small amounts of brown spotting.

I'm really worried that it's something to do with that black clot on CD 20.

Phone your GP for a non-urgent appointment. If AF turns up or you get a BP before you can call and cancel. It’s probably nothing but your obviously worried.

I'd also probably head to the gp (and don't often advocate this for the standard 'late' period). You're having irregular bleeding, and it should always be investigated. Brown is old blood, and you may just be having an anovulatory cycle (which is really really common), but the fact that it keeps re-occurring should be noted with the gp.
