Anyone trying SMEP this cycle? currently CD7

Hi ladies,

I am ttc #1 for about 8 months now.. AF turned last week currently on CD7.. planning to try SMEP this cycle.. anyone giving it a try? Looking for some SMEP buddies to share some thoughts..

Hi! I’m doing SMEP although dtd cycle day 8 and 9 so technically messed it up already 😂 I worked it out against Ovia app ovulation predictor though and it works out better this way as hubby gets a day off before having to dtd 3 times in a row 😂 I suppose it depends when I ovulate though. Got a high fertility reading on cbm this morning so will probably ovulate in 5/6 days....

How is it going for you @MrsV91
I’m just hoping hubby can keep it up (pardon the pun 😂)
