Getting pregnant after removing the implant

Hi,

I had my implant removed 3 weeks ago after having one for almost 7 years. I've not had a period yet but was wondering if it's possible to get pregnant before having a period following removal ? I'm not sure if I would even be ovulating yet. I've been having pains in one side of my lower abdomen for a couple of days and was unsure if this was a sign of ovulation? Thanks in advance Grin

Mine was out Monday and pregnant by the weekend. No period. Didn't even get a chance haha - in my own experience sometimes I would get phantom period pains/symptoms in early pregnancy.

When I had mine out the GP said it was entirely possible to get pregnant straight away with no period. My period returned a month later and now in my 7th month of ttc though so it does vary.
