Hi girls,

Just after some advice as I'm going crazy. I had a miscarriage just over 5 weeks ago, when am I expecting to have my period?

These last couple of days my boobs are so sore, I put this down to it arriving but then today I keep gagging and feeling nauseous.

The MW told me I wouldn't be able to get pregnant until after my first cycle.

Anyone got any stories they could share so I don't feel like I'm late.....

I have never posted before and just wondered if someone is able to offer some advice or a similar experience.

We have been trying to conceive for over a year and u have been given clomid lately. While taking Clomid I had a smear test that came back I had CN2 abnormal cells. I had these removed by LETZ procedure on 5/12/18 an on the 10/12/18 I got a positive pregnancy test. On the 25/12/18 I had a miscarriage and I think I would have been between 5 to 7 weeks pregnant when I miscarried. Our fertility doctor has given us clomid again but I had to induce a period so on the 28.1.19 I took a test like he said before starting the tablets and it came back positive. It is only juat 5 weeks since I miscarried and every week after my miscarriage I took a test which said negative until the one I have just done. I went to have bloods on on 29/1/19 and the were 80hgc and repeated today 48 hours later 31/1/19 and they were 192. Is this a new pregnancy? Should I be worried? Does anyone have any experience or advice of something similar.

Thank you in advance xx

Hi @lauraemily94 I had a Mmc last year and it took around 7 weeks for af to return, and when it returned it just came back like normal and clockwork again. Don't worry it will take take a few more weeks for your body to settle and adjust, you could also use ovulation sticks to reassure you that your ovulating again before your first af

I would just go for the cheap amazon ones they are accurate and seems to be the ones everyone uses including myself. Sorry about the mc it's devastating when it happens. Just use the next few weeks to relax and recover before yous start again trying. Wine
