21 day blood results

Projesterone levels have come back as 5.6 did go on what I thought was day 21 of my cycle have been asked to have them done again but this time on day 14 to test earlier, if these next results indicate on ovulation doctor did say there are drugs to induce ovulation. Just seeing if anyone's experiences of this. Thanks. X

When did af arrive? It's day 21 on a 'textbook' 28 day cycle. You should be going 7 day before af i due to arrive. So on a 35 day cycle, you should go cd28.

If you went a week before af arrived, it suggests you probably didn't ovulate that cycle (which can be quite normal once in awhile).

Your doctor is right - there is a lot that can be done if you regularly don't ovulate.

@physicskate AF arrived 23rd of January, cycles have been around 24/25 days. I probably went too late in my cycle so this time go earlier.

@physicskate I thought the day 21 bloods were supposed to be the equivalent on 7dpo not 7 days before af. I was told to have mine 7dpo.

For most people, that's the same day.

True it is but for a lot if people it isn't. I tend to ovulate cd16 on a 28 day cycle so a typical 21cd test is too early for me.
