I had a chemical pregnancy last month and have tested this morning to get this. The first one was straight away and the second was after a few minutes (but within the time). They are only IC but still pretty feint lines. I’m not due on till sunday though.

What do you think ladies? All of a sudden i am TERRIFIED. Are IC’s notorious for fake positives?

As far as I know you can't get a false positive, and I've seen much fainter lines on ICs! Congratulations!

I’d say it’s not far off potentially tonight or tomorrow. I use the Femometer app which calculates how much LH and stores the photos for you. This is my positive for this month.

@broodyaf they get dark v.quickly! The app is brilliant tbf, it has sections for basal body temp too although I never got around to using that.

Did u use the OPKs at the same time
Every day roughly? And were they close to that dark the day before and after that day?

Yeah you use them about 10am and then of an evening too as it gets closer. They get darker lots quickly but when the lines were dark we just did lots of BD’ing. This month we missed the ovulation day but had done a couple of days before so it isn’t always what you think!

Thanks for the reassurance Hayley - I was beginning to think I wasn’t producing eggs because of the trying and no luck, this is reassuring that at least I am ovulating! Lots of BD’ing now for the next 48hours I think I have - like a ticking time bomb lol.

Vickster uses Femometer cos she’s got me onto it now too lol x

The cheap OPK's were confusing me too, so what I do is when I get a strong line I do a clearblue one too just to be sure and then makes me happy to see the smiley face on the screen Smile

I’ve spent so much money on trying to get pregnant that I’m not going to buy anything more expensive until I get a BFP on the wee cheap pregnancy tests. But I’m booked into GP on 8th Feb for a blood test because it’s been 24cycles of trying now and I’m 36 🙈
How long r u trying for? Xx

@Broodyaf oh sorry to hear you have tried for so many cycles, Ive just read a girl on here tried for 20 cycles and shes just got her BFP so dont give up Smile.
Im TTC#2 (my son is nearly 4) took 4 cycles with him.
I'm currently on cycle 2. and its already driving me mad, i'll be a wreck in 12+ cycles.
Im 34 (nearly 35).
Hopefully you're doctor can give you some reassurance xxx

I love hearing stories about mums-to-be who have been trying for ages and it just happened naturally for them. Not in a hateful way, just gives me hope that there’s nothing wrong with me or DP! At least my OPK this morning proved I haven’t ran out of eggs anyway cos that’s what was in my head 🙈😂 xx

I’m sure ul get urs soon as u got ur BFP
quickly with no1, fingers cross for both of us! Xx

Definitely positive @broodyaf! Get BD’ing! I took a clear blue digital this morning and it said 1-2 weeks so just keeping everything crossed it sticks.

It could just be implantation bleeding. Try not to worry (I know it's easier said than done) xxx
