I have found that it does relieve a lot of stress, especially now that I don't have to wake up at the same time every morning or pee on sticks! I hope it works for you too!

Thank you. Well the first night went well! It was so much simpler. I like the alarm feature too, felt a more gentle wake up than my usual screeching iPhone.
