Brown discharge cerazette

So, last week I felt dizzy, fatigue, crampy and zoned out. At the moment I’m experience lower abdominal cramps and for the past two days I’ve been getting just touch of blood/brown discharge on the loo roll. I googled brown discharge whilst taking cerazette and it came up with this. Then looked at something else and said increase chance of baby growing outside the womb.. 😳😳 Im probably not pregnant but should I take a test? Would it come back negative or what I have no clue should I call doctors? Should I tell my boyfriend I was late taking a pill by 6 hours

Hi @Markygirl1995 are you supposed to have periods?

I really wouldn't panic. I'm on the same pill, and every so often get a 'breakthrough bleed' as my Doctor calls it.

That being said, a test takes 3 minutes and puts your mind at ease.
