Hi everyone. Been ttc for 4 months after a miscarriage last July. At the moment I am cd 15 of a 28-30 cycle, positive opk yesterday and the day before.
I have having some terrible cramps and lower back ache today, like the worst period pains I have had, which I have never had around ovulation before. I took Soy isoflavones this month for the first time (cd3-7) wondering if this could have something to do with it?
Anyone experienced anything like this?
