BBT thermometer

Hi
Just got my first bbt thermometer. Any advice on the best way/times to use this.

Also bought some fertility lube. Any ideas on this too?

You should take your temperature as soon as you wake up, ideally at the same time each day. You need at least 2-4 hours of solid sleep before your average waking up time for your temp to be accurate. You need to temp before you’ve even moved from your bed!

I temp very first thing in the morning before I move from bed. Normally 6.45 - 7.00 ish. Have taken to switching the thermometer on under the covers if I need to not wake hubby cos it beeps so loudly!
