Advice re luteal spotting pls

Hey, Ive been reading these boards for years but only just joined & hoping for some advice please

Ive been TTC since coming off the pill in August, no luck.
Have a 5 year old who was conceived on first month coming off the pill, I know thats really lucky & not the norm.
My cycle has been between 32-34 days & normally O on 20-22. The last 3 months have been intermittently spotting light pink blood from between 5DPO or 7DPO to when AF arrives . First month I thought it could be implantation but was sadly disappointed.
Im wondering if it could be low progesterone? What does everyone think? And should I see my GP asap ? What is the treatment & is there anything else I should do?

Other info- Im 38, slim, healthy diet, regular light exercise. non smoker, little to no caffeine, occasional alcohol.
No health issues & no meds other than Pregnancare
