I've had stabbing pains lower right hand side on and off from about 1.00 this afternoon. This is about the right time for me to be ovulating.
Do those pains mean the egg has been released. If we dtd in the morning would that be too late?? Thanks in advance for advice

I think within 24 hrs the egg is viable May be longer

I googled and it’s12- 24 hours for the egg
Up to 5 days for sperm

So sex a few days before ovulation should be good too.

Thank you for the reply @madeyemoodysmum Smile so if it's 12 hours we will be too late, 24 hours and we are in with a chance!!
I just can't find out if the pains mean that's when the egg is released or if it's getting ready to?

@nc555666666 I've had the same pains this month. You're still in with a chance, the pain normally goes away once the egg is released, but the egg is viable up to 24 hours. Good luck !

@Paddypaws91 that's what I was wondering the pain has gone now so I assume Now's the time! Can't dtd till morning but you're right @madeyemoodysmum will give it a go Smile
