I havent had a period since the end of march, and have took about 1 million tests, they all either come up with a thin blue line slightly to the left hand side before the ten minutes or after the ten minutes but they are all brilliant blue lines. The tests i have taken are, clear blue, boots own and lloyds pharmacies own. I have had some cheap ones off ebay which were negative and ive done doctors tests which are negative and also the clear blue digital came up "not pregnant" So i am very confused as i have had alot of these thin blue lines! Has anyone else had this problem and what was the outcome? Comments appreciated xxx

i think you're probably not, tbh.

have a look at peeonastick.com

maybe they are evap lines on the test?the CBD are quite sensitive and would know if you were pg.

Am sorry to say this but its very unlikely that you are expecting. A person usually only gets one line when its a negative result.

If you have not had a period since the end of March I would actually have a blood test done to see what your hormone levels are like. If these are out of sync then there will be a lack of periods. A lack of periods can also mean that ovulation is not happening regularly if at all. In this regard hormonal imbalances are to blame (hence the suggestion to now have a blood test done).

my doc avoids blood tests at all costs its strange as i have every symptom of being pg!!! i thought at first it may be the amount i drink, (water not alcohol) i think i drink a glass every half hour on top of my cups of tea but that wouldnt make a difference after 2 and a half months!! nm

I'd change your GP and go instead to another practice. Why does such a person avoid doing blood tests?.

Don't think its anything at all to do with the amount you drink.

If anything is to blame its your hormones because they are out of sync. It can be treated but you may well need some type of medical help from a gynae in order to conceive.

Hi just wondered if someone can help me with this. I have a regular 27 day cycle that has NEVER been late, the first day of my last period was 5th June and was expecting my next one on 2nd July but it never came..is this a chance of pregnancy?

iliketosleep · 03/07/2007 17:41

I would say so, are you having any symptoms of pregnancy? sore boobs, feeling sick, fatigue? Maybe get a test tomorrow!

Ive been feeling sick and really tired but now I'm 3 days late so I took a clearblue digital test this morning, the first test showed blank after 5 minutes of waiting so I took the 2nd test 10 minutes later this showed not pregnant within 40 seconds, any thoughts?

fifilou · 04/07/2007 12:59

staruz- im in the same boat as you- check out the glastonbury luck thread..........youre not alone!!! Its so frustrating!

iliketosleep · 04/07/2007 13:27

I dont rate the digital ones, they are apparently the least sensitive at 50miu whrease the normal line ones are better, try a bog standard test and see what happens! let me know xx
