Clear Blue Digital Ovulation Tests - help

Hi all,

Since coming off the pill I have had a 36 day cycle, 31DC, 31DC and 37DC. Didn't get a smiley face last month and tested in the morning each day. Testing included the days where I got egg white CM so seems a bit strange why I didn't get a smiley face but maybe a low surge/missed it/wrong about the days...?

So for those in the know.. this cycle what day would you recommend I start testing (10 sticks in a pack), what time of day, and should I test twice a day if I think I am near ovulation? Thank you! I get up for work at 5:30am and probably be easiest to test then but can do later at work if more likely to be accurate.

Certainly test in the afternoon becca3210 - I do not get positive OPKs in the morning! Mine go from positive to negative really quickly too (as in negative in the morning, positive that afternoon and negative again following morning!)

Also remember that OPKs do not work for everyone even if they are ovulating.

I would take it as a god sign though that your cycles are pretty regular (I know there is a few days variation but really isnt that irregular)

When I was using these I had internet cheapies which I checked first and then used the clear blue when I saw it might be heading towards ovulation, just so I could start earlier in the cycle. I started maybe day 7 or 8 just so I could cover all bases. I also agree to try in the afternoon as well - you could use the IC tests for this so as not to waste CB ones and when the test line starts to darken use the CB?

Thanks so much ladies. Sounds good idea to use some cheaper ones in days leading up to it. One step seem a good price on amazon (though if anyone has anything good/bad to say about different brands do let me know!) thanks again xx
