Hi everyone,
This is my first month charting.

Is it possible the little dip at 8dpo is implantation or would it have to be a much bigger dip for that?

I'm not hopeful this month as we only BD once in fertile days but I am just curious.

Also, we aren't really trying fully yet and have been busy and very tired, hence the lack of BD..

Any other useful comments about my chart would be helpful too as I'm not 100% sure on the analysis side of it all.

Implantation dip is a myth. I had many cycles with one - not pregnant. It's caused by an oestrogen surge a week or so after ovulation.

Bbt is useful for confirming ovulation and confirming pregnancy after 18 days of high temps after ov. That's all it does.

yeah implantation dip isnt really 100% as you can get an "implantation" dip even if you are not pregnant. Chart does look good though, nice high temps still at 10dpo. When are you going to test? I would be tempted to take a FRER tomorrow morning.

Also if you are lucky and get a BFP (FX for you!) please do not continue charting - i drove myself crazy as my temps kept dropping lower and lower, even below coverline, and thought I was gonna MC (baby is fine as had a recent scan and all is progressing as should be)

@TwittleBee thank you. I'm not going to test because I am pretty sure I'm probably not pregnant so AF will be on her way imminently I'm sure.

I have really irregular periods so just started charting to see if I ovulate regularly or if it is hit a miss like my period more than anything.. I just wanted to get a bit of understanding about my cycles.
We aren't fully starting TTC until after our holiday in march but if it happens it happens.

Once I have a BFP whenever it may be I will probably stop temping anyway.

That is actually a really good idea if you have irregular cycles as then you will know when to expect AF or a BFP as the length after Ovulation tilll your AF (called your LP) doesnt change - it was why i started charting as I have slightly irregular cycles (only vary by a few days).

I see you monitor your CM too, I find that a super accurate prediction of OV too.

Thank yo, only 6 weeks+1 so still early days but I got a BFP at only 7dpo so feels like Ive known for a while haha.

What symptoms have you had and when was your earliest one?

I stopped the pill back in July 2018 and have had 4 cycles this is my 5th ranging between 18 and 64 days so it is quite stressful not knowing when or if things are going to happen! I've also recently been told I have a large amount of small cysts on one of of my my ovaries so now I'm worried it's going to take us ages to fall pregnant.

Yes I do, but I am not invasive on myself it's just what I see on toilet paper. That's another thing.. i haven't dried up after ovulating.. is that a myth as well?

small cysts really can come and go EssJayyCee so dont worry! I had a loads of cysts a few months ago (hey were picked up when I had a scan for my previous preganncy - sadly ended in MMC but nothing to do with the cysts!). Also might be super irregular because of coming off the pill? I hope it starts to regulate itself soon for you!

I didnt start getting any symptoms until I was about 5 weeks pregnant really and it was sore boobs, period like cramps and tiredness that were first symptoms. Then a few days later morining sickness hit me and now I struggle to keep anything down - bleurgh!

I never "dry up" - i think it differes from person to person. But my Cm goes creamy which I think is very common. I know I have ovulated without having to temp sometimes because my CM goes creamy.

The doctor did say I should be okay to get pregnant but it may take longer with my irregular cycles. I've had irregular cycles ever since I started so I think it's just normal for my body to be irregular.

I hope it doesn't take too long for us to conceive because I am so so ready now.

So no symptoms can still be good news then!
To be honest, I knew that anyway.. my boyfriend's sister was almost 6 months before she found out she was pregnant.

So are you due around september/October time then?

That is crazy that women can go so long before they find out, it happened to my sister's friend - she went to the Drs because she said it felt like something was moving in her belly!

Hopefully you wont have any sickness, loads of women I know never suffered with any sickness at all - in fact I am only woman in my family to suffer from sickness during pregnancy (they all take the piss out of me for it haha!)

I did a cheap Poundland test today because I stupidly googled things that obviously pointed to pregnancy but it was BFN.
I don't even know why I bothered I knew it would be. I doubt I'm pregnant lol.

Being Gassy and bloated with weird cm led me to pregnancy. But it's more than likely AF on her way in the next few days.

We are going to Madeira! I can't wait. I keep seeing pictures of it there and I've fallen in love with it already!

I have friends who have been there EssJayyCee and as a result it's on my list of places I really want to go! It really is a lovely holiday destination.

I am sorry about the BFN. Really don't rate the cheapies though, I never get a decent BFp on them until about 2 weeks after AF is due whereas the FRER pick up days before AF for me. I know that's pretty common too so if AF doesn't show up then get yourself a FRER (the early response not the rapid result one, I've made that mistake)

I only know one person that has been there which I am glad about because I hate it when people have been there and they tell you where you should go and what you should do because they have already done it and it kind of ruins it for you!
It's only 6 weeks until I go 😁

I will use better tests when I am seriously ttc.

What do you think of my chart now @TwittleBee do you think my temps are dropping each day because AF is on the way or do you think I'm still potentially in the running?

I have no symptoms now Just mood swings and tiredness.

I am new to this so sorry in advance

We have been ttc for over a year. My ultrasounds and bloods have come back fine. Semen analysis also fine. We are both 30 years old. Lead a relatively healthy life. Don't smoke and very occasionally drink. I have been using Ava watch for about a month. My cycles are pretty irregular. Sometimes 28 days others 35-40

I am now on day 43 and did a test on 41 which was BFN. Ava says I ovulated on day 20 and found a pattern. I have no symptoms of pregnancy or a period coming. Any suggestions? Could the test be wrong? Ava is showing my temp and pulse rate increasing (which is meant to indicate pregnancy). When should I test again?
