irregular periods since coming off the pill?

Hello,
I am quite new to this site and tried to hold off writing a post but now i am really worried about my cycles.

I came off the pill (Regividon) 5 months ago, had withdrawal bleeding and three cycles of 29, 34, 35. So i assumed my periods have gone back to normal. I am now day 42 with no sight of a period. I have only had protected sex twice this month (CD30 and CD40), so surely it is impossible to be pregnant. Have tested and got BFN three times.

Has anyone experienced irregular periods like this coming off the pill? I was so sure my periods have returned to normal. I am so worried and regret deeply going on the pill.

It can take months for your cycles to return to "normal", and things such as late ovulation or worry/stress can delay ovulation, which in turn would delay AF

wannabebump thats what ive been told too. Just so hard not to stress about it lol. Just thought after three normal cycles its 'normal' now

I've been having mild intermitted cramps for up to three days now, praying AF will pop in soon.
