According to the flo app I ovulated around 13th Jan. From around 17th I have been getting period style cramps and what I am terming indigestion (feeling like I need to burp but it not happening or when it do s food repeats on me), also feeling more bloated and constipated than usual but then when I do go it’s like an explosion (tmi, I know sorry!). These are not things I experience usually in the build up to my period. I am due on Monday. Any suggestions on how long the cramps last and thoughts on what they are? I’m not going to do a test until Monday as that’s when it’s most accurate. TIA.

Well implantation would usually take around 6-12 days from what I have read, so between 13th and 17th Jan, it's unlikely to be pregnancy related as the embryo would need to implant and hcg levels rise enough. However, you could have ovulated earlier than the app predicts as its just an estimate unless you are tracking other things, so who actually knows.
I had indigestion with my 1st and it's what prompted me to test, but I also have indigestion now (and have for the past few days) but af has just appeared it could mean anything.
