1st month over

First proper month TTC and came on my period today. 6 days early (never happens)! At least I wasn’t sat around waiting! In a way kind of relieved the first month is actually over as I think over the next few days before period was meant to start I’d be POAS every 25 minutes! Wishing everyone else lots of luck and onto month 2! 💐

It can take upto a year to conceive for a healthy couple so don't lose heart..
First baby a happy accident..
Second baby 4 months..
Third baby 6 months..

I definitely haven’t and won’t lose heart, we’ve only just begun and know it can take a long time. I definitely didn’t expect it to happen in the first month anyway, neither of us did! But thank you x

If its 6 days early, are you sure that it really is your period and not implantation bleeding?

I can’t be too sure but it literally feels like a period. It’s red and not the pink/brown as I heard implantation should be. Have lower back ache etc. I suppose only time will tell but we’re not too disheartened either way, like I said it is only month one for us. Just so strange it’s come soooo early!

Ur body definitely knows when you are TTC and can behave very oddly

@LKRJM Are you recently off any kind of contraceptive? This happened to me a couple of months ago, period came 6 days early, but I’d just come off the pill and it can take a few months for your cycles to get to some form of normaility. Baby dust💐

Hi bab yes I came off my implant a few months ago, but the last month or two they’ve been back to normal. I suppose could be due to that though, still messing me around. Typical isn’t it. I’ve ordered the nasal thermometer and some preseed so I can see if I’m ovulating properly according to my dates and apps and to try and help speed things along but we’re only on our first proper month of TTC so not stressing about it either way just yet! Neither of us were that keen for children then a few months ago we had a bit of a pregnancy scare and both completely changed our minds and can’t wait now!
