Second line went away in a matter of seconds

Got my hopes up :( ttc baby number 2. I've been symptomless so far, but not like af is coming. Af is due in three days, even though it's early I decided to test. There was a clear and dark second line, it's position was slightly off but I thought it would sort it self out after the 5 recommend minutes to wait. After 4 minutes the line disappeared in front of my eyes. It started moving towards the control line and as it moved towards it, it faded. :(

Could I still be pregnant? I thought at 3days before af due then it would at least come up with the faintest line

Hi Fox, this has happened to me many many times. It’s the dye picking up over the indent line of the test line, but not detecting anything to is carries on soaking up to the control line.

3 days is still early so don’t count yourself out! I too got a BFN this morning at 12dpo. Try again tomorrow or wait another couple of days! X
