Hi ladies. How soon after stopping the pill did you conceive? Did you have a period first or was it before getting one? How early were your symptoms?

Thanks in advance for your help! Just trying to get an idea of what may happen x

It varies massively. I conceived the month I had the implant out, didn’t even get a period, I know other women who’ve taken months and months to conceive once stopping contraceptives.

I stopped the pill in September and took in excess of 100 days for AF to make an appearance...not conceived yet though 😕

Everyone is different x

Hey,

I came off the pill in April 2017. Had my first period in June 2017 and then didn't have another until February 2018 and then they were every 6 weeks until I finally conceived in October 2018 (but sadly had a missed miscarriage discovered at the 12 week scan). Everybody is different though! I have a friend that came off the pill and conceived the next month!

Good luck!
