Hi, I have been ttc for a few months and have just been diagnosed with both PCOS and hypothyroidism. Has anyone else got both conditions and were you able to conceive? I can see lots of info online about each condition but struggling to find much info about having both together.

Yup I have both took 7 years to conceive, I tried all the fertility tablets they gave me and none worked, was trying to and managed to lose weight with Metformin and the British heart Foundation food guide I got from the dietitian. after 6 months the weight wasnt reducing anymore and my tummy was getting bigger. 2 doctors thought I had a blockage from the weight lost turned out I was 30 weeks pregnant!! I now have 2 amazing children.

Don't give in even when they start to say it looks like or won't happen but I think that I was coming to terms with not having a child when I fell pregnant.
