Abdominal pain after miscarriage

I'm not sure which area to post this in so please feel free to move if needed.

I suffered a 'late miscarriage' earlier this month at 20 weeks. I have been signed off work for a month but midwife has discharged me.

Bleeding has just about finished (delivered 2 weeks ago yesterday) but this afternoon I am now feeling abdominal pain and lower back pain. Is this normal? Is it too early for period pain?
