What day to go for 21 day blood test

Sorry I've asked this before but want to try and go on the right day. On the blood test form is for progesterone and says my cycle is 21 days then in brackets on the form says day of cycle = 14 but most recent cycle according to Flo app was 25 days. Really need to know if I am ovulating or not as trying for another baby after MMC last June. X

You really need to try and go seven days after ovulation, so 14 days prior to the start of your expected period date. What are your cycles like on average?

I went for mine 7 days before my period was due. My luteal phase is only 12 days, so slightly shorter cycle. I went on cd19 (of a 25 day cycle) and confirmed ovulation

@JellycatElfie according to Flo last cycle was 25 days and one before was 25 days and I know you can't rely on Flo it just is a estimate, according to Flo app I'm due period on Tues. X

@VenusStarr I've probably left it too late to go now so will have go next month? I've been meaning to go but one thing or another. I just need to know if I am ovulating or not to know either way. X

@VenusStarr I went to my GP and asked to be sent for the blood test to give me peace of mind, I hope I do too, thank you. 💐 X
