Conceiving After copper iud?

I'm approaching 34 and had copper iud nearly 7 years. Would this affect my chances as in the longer you have had it in etc?

No. I had mine five years, removed aged 38. Conceived after 4 months, miscarried, pregnant again 8 weeks later which sadly ended in a stillbirth. Conceived again in second cycle and now 28 weeks.

It is nonhormonal so fertility returns to normal immediately.
