So I had my implant removed in dec, had a light period 20-26th was meant to ovulate the 2nd Jan but didn't till around the 7th.

Had cramps on Thursday when i was 'due on' TMI but had some spotting and very little brown blood after DTD and thats it... I am very confused as last time we TTC with DD i removed my implant and had a heavy period (normal for me) and 28day cycle like I did before my implant...

All cheap tests are negative and I know I'm not pregnant so why is my period being such an a hole.....

You generally get af about two weeks after you ovulate. Ttc has s a waiting game. How do you know you ovulated the 7th?

HJWT · 19/01/2019 18:35

@physicskate yes hence why i assumed AF would show Monday coming then i started getting cramps and spotting so though it had come a few days early but then seems to all of stopped... I was taking ovulation tests x

It's probably just your hormones settling down after your implant being removed. Give it a few months to get back to normal.

@Chocolatecoffeeaddict ok thanks..

This is roughly two weeks later...? Everyone doesn't have a strict 12 day luteal phase.

I had my implant out at the end of September after 5 years. I had no period for the first month and then it's been very regular ever since ( I did have very regular periods during having the implant tol) . I think it just takes your body time to adjust in its own way. My period has been very regular the past few months and I am apparently ovulating according to the tests but still not pregnant. I've been told by many people that it can take your body a while to adjust after having the implant out.
