Experienced spotting last Friday evening. Took this as a sign for ovulation, according to an app it was exactly the right time for ovulation as well. For the past 10 minutes I've been experiencing cramping. It feels like period pain, but not like period pain? It's much lighter than period pain. The cramping has been constant as well, whereas it usually lasts about a minute and then goes for 5 and then comes back etc when I'm due my period. I'm due my period in 9 days so a bit soon for pms for me

It's difficult to tell unless you have very regular periods or you use ov kits. I have conceived very early and late in cycles but I have irregular periods.

It’s not necessarily too soon. It could be implantation, but it could very well not be. Any other symptoms, such as spotting or sore boobs? I’m afraid either way it’s too early for a test, even if it was implantation you’ll have to wait a few days till your HCG is high enough to measure. Fingers crossed!

I'm quite regular, a couple of days off each time. No other symptoms cramping has stopped now, only lasted an hour or so. It was definitely period pain type cramps but not period pain. I still have another 9 days before I'm due on so I'll wait until then to test. Thank you

I had cramping (noticeable) around implantation time. Can be 6 to 10 days after conception so hopefully it is a good sign 🤞

I read on the Ava website (and after in a few others) that ‘implantation sootting’ Is actually a myth. Studies suggested you were more likely to spot when not pregnant in fact.... Have been googling like mad, as 7dpo and definitely no sign of any blood...

I have an 11 year old who I had in my early 20s.. she was actually a complete surprise (I had only just gotten over anorexia & took the emergency pill within 4 hours)... my cycles were irregular at the time and I had what I thought was two full light periods with her...

I had an mc at 12 weeks last year (well, no baby present but everything else measuring 10 weeks and still there).. the baby (and possibly a dead sibling) had been small but present at an early scan .. anyway, no spotting that time around, hence desperate googling this time.. 7dpo and keep hoping but don’t think this is the month for me... relieved not to worry about looking for implantation bleeding, though... I’ll just keep Poas 😏

Took a test and it's come back positive! I usually have a much longer cycle (about a 40 day cycle), I must have ovulated earlier this time. 4 digital clear blues and 4 cheap £1 tests all come back positive! Grin

@horseshoe congratulations! I'm in the same boat period due in 8 days. I want to test now! But I know if it's negative I will be disappointed even though I know it may be too soon to test. Hate this 2ww
