Probably too soon to worry

Hoping that I'm just being silly and it's too early to worry about it but as this is the first time I'm TTC I'm not sure what to expect.

I went on the combined pill when I was 14 to combat the hormonal issues due to PCOS. I was suffering badly when it came to my periods, skin was horrific (teachers genuinely thought I was being beaten up by my parents my face was so swollen) but the magic that is the pill sorted it all out. I moved onto the mini pill about 3 years ago no problems.
Me and my DH decided that we would start to try and I took my pill last Thursday. We have been DTD since I came off because you never know even though I'm aware it takes a while for things to properly come online. What's confusing me is the few times I missed a pill and when I was on combined and had a 7 day break I always came on or if I was lucky I would get the PMS symptoms and none of the messy stuff on the mini pill.
I was fully expecting to have the return off all the crap I had to deal with before and had apologised in advance to DH for the mother of all mood swings that he would probably get caught in the crossfire but 6 days later, I feel fine, skin is fractionally worse than normal (I have rosacea so it's never fantastic) and definitely no sign of AF.

So I guess my question is, is it normal for it to take a while for a withdrawal bleed/AF after coming off the pill and am I just making myself crazy because this is the first time?

(Sorry for the long post and I hope I used the abbreviations correctly still getting the hang of it all)

Definitely too early to worry. It's not even been a week! It can take months for your cycle to get back to normal.

Mine took about 3 months for proper period, pretty normal I think. There are lots of other threads on this topic that are worth reading
