Possible implantation bleeding?

Not fully sure when I ovulated missed the lh surge which I'm guessing was in between last weds/Thurs as had a close to positive weds morning but it was my last test till Thurs when more came in post and tested at 4pm which was negative fertility friend has but ovulation on Friday going by my temps..fast forward till today I had a sharp pain low down near my hip and I'm kinda spotting it is red but lighy so I'm thinking possible early period but I'm not due on till at the least next Monday but surely it won't that early as I'm normally between 29/30 days and with my app not saying ovulation till Friday that only makes me 4 dpo so would be too early for implantation bleeding.. I'm just confused as I haven't got a clue.
Has anyone had anything like this? Thanks

You can get spotting/sharp pain when ovulation occurs, could it be that you ovulated slightly later than you think you did? Otherwise it does sound a little early for implantation bleeding, which is usually 7-10 days after ovulation I think. 4 days would be very unusual. However, if you ovulated earlier than you think it is possible. Guess you’ll find out in a week, fingers crossed for you!
