Stupid question - when to actually DTD

Should this be every day durung the ovulation period?? Is every other day enough??

According to my Flo app i am in the ovulation stage (from last saturday to Friday) and am due to ovulate tomorrow. This seems about right as i've had EWCM yesterday and today.

H and I have DTD Friday, Sunday and we were planning tonight but H is shattered so may wait until tomorrow. Is this enough or should we really be doing it every day during this time frame??

Sperm can survive for up to 5 days if conditions are right, so I think every other day has you covered!

I just worry because I ovulated yesterday and we didn't DTD. We have DTD though for four days in a row leading up so I hope that's a good go. I'm also thinking we should do it again tonight.

Every other day is normally recommended, usually from about day 7 of your cycle until 3 days after you are sure you have ovulated. Sperm survive for up to a week, eggs only for about 3 days. If it’s more than 3 days post ovulation it’s just for fun!

This is where I'm giving myself a hard time as lots before Ovulation but nothing after. Think we were exhausted!!

Egg only lasts 12-24 hours, so if you're fairly sure of when you ovulate sex afterwards isn't necessary if you're knackered!
