Looking for advice with OPK
Is there a certain time of day they have to be taken?
What CD is the best to start testing on? Etc
All advice and tips very much appreciated. TIA x

Its so confusing isnt it?!

I dont know about the clearblue digital ones but for the strips....

The packets normally say dont use fmu because your surge is more likely to happen in the afternoon so If you are only testing once a day then you are supposed to take one around lunchtime or just after.

I take 2 tests a day so I take one in the morning (fmu) and one later on so that I dont miss my surge.

When the second line is the same colour or darker than the test line then its a positive surge so time to get dtd 🙂

Hope this helps you out a bit.

@Scarletrose18 so confusing. I have two children but would like another sooner rather than later. I'm trying to cover all angles Smile
You have helped massively. Thank you x
